Tracy Drown is magnificent. She negotiated the purchase price, accompanied me in signing the escrow to make sure everything is in order, did the walk-through carefully, made sure all appliances are working and registered in my name. Afterwards her great team with her supervision sealed the grout, installed blinds, and painted the garage floor with epoxy. Her electrician did an excellent job with installing the fans and dimmer switches. All happened in a short time, I could not be happier.
